Serve
Some of the ways to serve include:

Acolytes are youth and adults trained to assist the priests during the services and lead the processions into and out of the church.
Lay Eucharistic Readers are commissioned to read the Old and New Testament readings during worship services.
Lay Eucharistic Ministers are trained to assist with administering Holy Eucharist during worship services.
Lay Eucharistic Visitors bring consecrated Holy Eucharist to those who cannot attend worship services.
Ushers provide information and bulletins to those entering the church for worship. They receive the offerings of the congregation and guide the flow of the congregation to the rail during communion.
Greeters provide welcome, information, and directions for visitors and newcomers.
The Altar Guild prepares and maintains all the altar linens, hangings, vessels, and clergy vestments for worship. They decorate for Easter and Christmas and manage the funds and schedules for memorial candles and flowers.
Coffee Hour Hosts set up coffee and treats each Sunday after the 10:30 am service. Volunteer for one Sunday on your own, with a friend, or with a group or committee and help foster this valuable time of fellowship.
If you are interested in serving in any of these ministries or have questions, please let us know!
